If we had not needed to move out of state for work, school, and family reasons, we would still be living there today. We loved our time at Union Meadows (especially the pool!) It was safe, clean, well-managed and maintained apartment community ... and it was a great value as well.
Cynthia Adams and her staff were always professional, courteous, responsive, helpful and patient. The location is close to many great shopping centers, restaurants, parks, schools, and recreation areas. And our neighbors were friendly and considerate.

"We really enjoyed living here. It was close to everything we needed. My husband had a 20 minute commute to work and I could walk or drive a few minutes to stores, restaurants, and parks. Everyone was friendly and nice to us. We lived in a bottom unit and had normal heating/cooling bills. The staff were very nice to work with us for a short term lease. I liked the sink and closest in the master bedroom and the bedrooms were spacious."
"Our small family has lived in these apts for about a year. One of my favorite things is the location! During the summer we can walk to the stores, gas stations, parks, and bus stops. It's actually a very quiet place to live, too. Our neighbors are friendly and kind, and we have had no problems living here. We especially like the swimming pool (during the hot months), and the hot tub! The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly place to live."
"I ended up living here for 9 years, about 6 years longer than planned. It is a great place. Well kept up, prompt attention to maintenance issues, good value. It is located at a convenient point to get to anyplace in the valley quickly. Price is middle of the road, it's neither the cheapest around nor the priciest, but you get a better place to live than you would at some newer/more expensive places. I'd highly recommend it."
"Overall considering what you get at these well layed out spacious apartments i feel it has been worth my money and enjoy living here. Just like every place you will rent there will be kinks that you will see but that is just human error and can be worked out to most requests. Management I have found to be delightful and helpful, the grounds are kept nice and clean. As for utility bills that is obviously dependant on each person and what they chose to use and how warm or cold they keep their apartment. at 1000 square feet i have no problem keeping my bills under fifty dollars a month usually more around twenty-five. The apartment price is competative and what i get for my rent is a lot better than most in the area. This is a good location and the perks of living here make this a very comfortable place to live. We have a nice back patio and good views all in all a nice place to live and I would recomend it to anyone who wants this quality without paying $1000 plus for rent."
